How to become a member of CERNE?
To become a member of CERNE, the company must complete the Invitation Letter and send it to CERNE, addressed to the General Secretary, along with a certified copy of its consolidated constitutive documents and certified personal documentation (ID and CPF) of its legal representatives. Afterward, the company will receive the associative documents for internal review, including the duly registered CERNE Foundation Assembly Minutes, the consolidated CERNE Social Statute, and the Minutes of Extraordinary General Assemblies signed by the founding members. The company will need to make quarterly advance contributions, according to its classification as an Operating Member or Supplier Member.
Why join?
CERNE focuses on the Northern Northeast region, extending to the Equatorial Margin, with headquarters in Natal/RN and support offices in São Paulo, Brasília, and Rio de Janeiro. It works directly with local specifics, involving sectors such as renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, aquaculture, agriculture, and sustainable urbanism. With institutional and technical strength, CERNE collaborates with governments, legislators, social movements, and specialists to bring relevant projects to fruition. Sectoral entities, such as IBP, ABEEÓLICA, ABSOLAR, ABVE, and REDEPETRO, frequently become partners through non-compensatory agreements to address common causes.
